Shipping Policy
Aaura Tech currently ships within the United States only.
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment location.
Once tracking information becomes available, you’ll receive an email with your shipment details. Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you change your mind about an order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return or refund request.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos or video showing the issue.
Please do not ship any product back unless we specifically provide return instructions. In many approved cases, a physical return will not be required.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.
Refund requests are reviewed individually, and we may request additional information before approving a refund or replacement.
